iMegaMall analyzes our website logs to constantly improve the value of the materials available on website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.
Storage of information collected on the website:
iMegaMall does not permanently store any personal information collected at this site on our or any web server(s). Only minimal information -- website link and company name -- given by advertisers for use in web site listings, classified ads, and auction transactions is ever displayed or stored on any public accessible systems. All other information is stored and locked securely, that four or less secure individuals have access to the secured data files and/or documents. Collected information never resides on our servers for longer than a few hours, and is regularly removed from our servers by these same above mentioned personnel. Once a shopping order and/or information submission form is processed, NO copies, electronic or paper, are ever produced, stored, lent, transported or transmitted outside of our storage facility.

iMegamall do not use guest lists in order avoid the inadvertant posting of personal information and/or posting of personal information by third parties.
Use of cookies:
We use cookies in the iMegamall Storefront and product ordering section of the mall. No where else are cookies used. The cookies used for product ordering are to keep track of items you wish to purchase as you browser through the different items for sale. At no time is personal information associated with a cookie and used on a subsequent visit.
Privacy of our email lists:
iMegaMall maintains several email lists to keep iMegaMall advertisers, the press, Club iMegaMall members and interested visitors to our website informed about breaking events. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing lists by signing up through a form on our web site. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized iMegaMall staff, including other list subscribers.
